Ghanaian Actor and Philanthropist, John Dumelo has spoken some knowledgeable words on his Snapchat handle concerning Ghana’s educational system and how graduates tend to rely solely on the government as a source of employment. According to him, one does not need a degree to start a business but needs one to work for a business owner.
He stated that he isn’t trying to say education isn’t important but what is the essence of the numerous degree obtained from the school. As if that wasn’t enough, John Dumelo disclosed that one thing he has observed about Africans is that they hate to take a risk.
They are always guided by the fear of failure. Dumelo said when one looks around, there are a lot of folks living their dream life but some are scared to venture into the businesses that paved the way for such people.
