
American rapper Rick Ross has announced that he would like to work with Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy and other Africans in his upcoming project.
The “Rich Forever” crooner revealed this in a social media video that featured Brett Berish, Sovereign Brands’ president and CEO.
In the viral video sighted on TikTok, Mr. Berish is seen on call with an anonymous person. He asked this person for names of some African talents Rick Ross could work with on his coming project.
“Black Sherif, Nasty C. There are so many, Asake. There’s just so many of them,” the unknown voice is heard mentioning.
CEO of Maybach Music Group Rick Ross also said that he was open to collaborating with other African artistes, such as Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz and Nigeria’s Yemi Alade, in addition to Ghanaian artiste Stonebwoy.
Again, he went on to say that he was excited and looked forward to collaborating with twelve different musicians from twelve different African nations.
“Africa is coming. Africa, Africa, Africa. This is going to be a huge year, 2024. This is going to be a huge list. 2024 will be a champagne moment,” Rick Ross said.
