On Sunday April 9, 2023, the fastest growing Wholesale Company in Ghana, Sam and Brothers Company Limited donated footballs, medals and an undisclosed cash amount to Kyebiman Sports Association.
As the main sponsor of the Easter Gala Competition at Kyebi, the Manager in charge of Operations, Mr. Annor Wilson Oliver, who spoke on behalf of the company in an interview said the donation forms part of its corporate social responsibility commitments.
“The ongoing Easter Gala at Kyebi is a special sporting event that brings the people in the community together. This event helps to create a harmonious living among the people. As the headline sponsor of the event, this gesture is to help the community have a successful and memorable event. It forms part of our corporate social responsibility.
Presenting the items and cash prize, the Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O) of the company, Mr. Annor Wilson Oliver, thanked the organizers for inviting Sam And Brothers Company Limited as the Main sponsor of the competition.
He also thanked the community for their unflinching support leading to a successful competition and the players for their beautiful display on the field. He further used the opportunity to introduce Sam and Brothers Foundation to the community.
“At the lunch of the foundation, the company will be giving scholarships to poor but needy students and a number of support to the deprived people in the community. Our door is always open to the community, you only have to reach out to the appropriate directorate of the company, and we will not hesitate to come and support.”
The managers of Kyebiman Sports Association who received the items during the donations showed their gratitude and promised to make good use of them.
