Following the growing complains and the concern of students in retrieving their student credentials via the helpdesk system, Thriller News GH has pop out with a clean and green manner to remedy this menace.
We urge students to follow these simple steps to reset and receive their credentials;
1- Go to apps.knust.edu.gh/students
2- Click on “Forgot password?”
3- Enter your student reference number, a notification will be received and a link to reset your password will be sent to your personal email.(Address will be shown to you).
4- Click on “continue” and check your email. (Reset link will be sent to your mail).
5- Click on the link sent to your mail and you will see your username (write it down).
6. To complete your password reset process, enter your new password.
7. Remember the password entered and the username shown. Use these credentials to access your student portal and the AIM APP.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. To help ensure that you receive all e-mail messages from the UITS, please add appsupport@knust.edu.gh and helpdesk@knust.edu.gh to your address book or contacts list.
