Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has cautioned students of the University to refrain from the organization of morale or any form of procession on campus.
The decision follows the clashes between residents of the Unity Hall and the University Hall which left several vehicles damaged.
According to a release signed by the Registrar/Secretary to the University Council, A.K Boateng, Management of the University has taken the decision to dismiss any student who engages him/herself in the organization of morale.
The decision was taken during an emergency meeting by the University Council on Friday, 26th August, 2022.
“Any student who participates in the organisation of ‘morale and/or ‘procession’ shall be SUMMARILY DISMISSED”, the statement said.
