The President of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CoHSS) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Richard Kovor, on Monday, January 28, 2022, embarked on a three-day working visit to the Obuasi satellite campus of the University.

The visit was to assist the President abreast himself with the developmental needs of the CoHSS members at the Obuasi Campus and also establish an admirable relationship between members and the executives of the college.
The President, Dr. K as popularly called by students, after assuming office has been making efforts to strengthen the relationship between students and the executive body and to see how best he can support and partner major stakeholders to bring the desired results to students.

Speaking to Thriller News GH after the visit, He disclosed that he is committed to improving the welfare of students to ensure that the College of Humanities and Social Sciences becomes the best college among the six colleges at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He called on the CoHSS-executives at the Obuasi Campus to advocate and defend the student front while setting the welfare needs as the bedrock.
The executives, with one accord expressed their gratitude to the president and also affirmed their willingness to help in the deliverance of the SERVICE TO THE CORE Ideology.
