The Incumbent President of the College of Science of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science (SCISA) , Michael Abuah, is on course to deliver on the promise he made in the lead up to the 2020 College of Science elections to provide college cloth to students who made payment to the Justice Appiah led-SCISA administration but failed to get them.
Although this does not dispute the fact that the Justice led-administration has been one of the best so far, the college cloth prevailed the tag of war between the Association and students.
First and second year students made payment of GHC 35.00 in anticipation of a college cloth as far as September, 2019 but failed to get them.
It is in this light that the current SCISA President, Michael Abuah in his bid to run for the SCISA Presidency in 2020 promised to make the cloth available to the aggrieved students.
Finally, the college cloth have been made available and ready for distribution.
Speaking to Thriller News GH, Michael Abuah said these students have not been treated fairly and that he would ensure that the right thing is done by providing them with the college cloth.
Few months after assuming office, many of Michael Abuah’s promises have either been fulfilled, such as SCISA Drive initiative which enables student who are interested in learning to drive and also obtain a Driver’s license, or are in the process of being fulfilled, such as the construction of a ‘Learning Area’ for College of Science students.
Speaking to Thriller News GH, Michael Abuah reiterated:
“1 pledged to build an association anchored on fairness, decency and integrity. I’m committed to serving students with dedication and honesty”.
