The President of the Social Sciences Society of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (SOCIOSO-KNUST), Master Osei-Wusu Bismark (Citizen Kofi) has hinted on plans of the Faculty to establish a mega and a long lasting study area project at the new faculty of Social Sciences Block.
Speaking with Thriller News GH after a tour with the University’s architect, facilities Manager and some executive members of the Society to supervise the ultra-modern edifice of the Society situated at Business school which is popularly known among students as the “New Block (NB)”, the president said the mega project is yet to be unveiled.
“This project will be aimed at enhancing the intellectual capabilities of students by establishing a conducive environment to study at the new block”, Master Osei-Wusu Bimark hinted in an interview with Thriller News GH.
He mentioned that this will solve the challenge of students not getting a place to study when they close from lectures at the New Block.
He also noted that they are committed to serving the people of SOCIOSO with the best and hence there are plans underway to establish a project which will serve the Faculty and the University as a whole.
“The society is on the verge of hearing very” good news”, he maintained.
