Following the disqualification of the two topmost CoHSS aspirants, Benjamin Owusu Sarpong has handed over the baton to his former Vice President Solomon Dickson to keep them in the race.
The management of BOS have disclosed to Thriller News GH Media that Solomon Dickson has already filed nomination forms and is earger to spearhead the course.
