Determine moment of history hits Pope John Senior High School and Minor Seminary in their first showpiece as they seek to reclaim their lost victory in the ongoing National Science and Maths Quiz.
Sonrise SHS failed to live up to expectation from the start of the contest giving Pope John SHS no competition at all compared to their gallant performance in the 2018 edition when they were able to defeat Opoku Ware SHS.
Pope John SHS gave their competitors heart attack as they displayed a splendid performance in Round 2, known as the Speed Race.
A question is given to all the three schools simultaneously and it’s all up to “who got it right and who got it right quickest?”
The round 3 could best be described as a moment of joy for the Koforidua based school as they managed to score the highest point.
At the end of the competition, the Yellow Boys were able to secure 57 points with Sonrise getting 27 points while Adventist Girls’ SHS finished last with 21 points.
This win for Pope John SHS should set the path for their return to glory after their bad luck in previous contest.
