In certain universities such as the University of Ghana, Legon, the student population for particular courses and programmes are more than the facilities available to them.
During lectures, sometimes, one must go early to get a seat or else the person would have to stand through the lecture.
It all goes to the point that sometimes, the universities admit more people than it can provide for.
However, in the opposite turn of events – the University for Development Studies might have just set the record for admitting the least number of students to study a particular programme.
Today, we told y’all that the university has released its 2019/2020 academic admissions list.
Imagine our surprise when we realised that out of all the programmes, there was one that had a peculiar number of admitted applicant(s).
The university admitted only one person for its BA Entrepreneurship Programme.
This person would have no classmates… lol
Imagine how boring would it be to have no classmates, to gossip about lecturers with. Nobody to share lecture notes with…
Common… this would be the loneliest class ever.
