
The Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Ghana has outlined border crossing requirements for Ghanaians wishing to travel by road to watch the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) games in Côte d’Ivoire.
In a press release on January 4, 2024, the ministry stated that Ghanaians who will be embarking on this journey should have with them their passport or Ghana Card, Yellow Fever Card and Meningitis Vaccination.

Whiles outlining the initials games involving the Black Stars of Ghana, Ghanaians have been encouraged to throw their support behind the nation’s team.
“Your unwavering support is a vital force for the Black Stars, and we wish all Ghanaians travelling for the tournament a safe journey, as you embark on this thrilling football expedition,” part of the release read.
