The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has outlined activities to mark its 70th anniversary set to take place from March to November this year.
The anniversary celebration activities include a Science and Technology Exhibition, Time with Alumni Roundtable Discussion, Public Lecture, Fun Games, Captains of Industry Night, Launch of Endowment Fund, 70th Anniversary Quiz Competition which would be a contest among halls and colleges.
Others include, Home Coming, 70th Anniversary Book launch and Closing Ceremony.
Some of the speakers invited to grace the anniversary celebration include the President and Chancellor of the University, Otumfour Osei Tutu II (Asantehene).
The 70th anniversary of university, is themed, “KNUST: 70 years of Global Impact A new Age For a Renewed Focus.”
