A new form of educational scholarship scheme dubbed, ‘ACADA SO ME MU’, has been introduced by the Academic Board Committee of the Faculty of Social Sciences Society (SOCIOSO) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Under the Educational Scholarship Scheme, Students of the faculty of Social Sciences who have lost their guardians as at when they gained admission to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology will be catered for.
According to a statement signed by the Academic Board Chairperson, Master Samuel Obiri Yeboah, The Scholarship Scheme is being implemented with collaborative funding support from the Welfare Committee.
“As a committee, we also believe the best tool for effective studies is a trouble free mind and that is why we have collaborated with the Welfare Committee to bring to you this scholarship fund. The fund will cater for students who have lost their guardians as at when they gained admission to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology”, part of the statement said.
Interested applicants are to submit their application letters to the faculty office by Wednesday 31st March, 2021.
