The Faculty of Social Sciences Society (Socioso) of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST), have reached a partnership agreement with Thriller News GH to promote faculty and guarantee successful contact with students.
The deal formalizes the media giant to cover live coverage/streaming of programs organized by the faculty, news publication, program advertisement and other interview production which presents a platform for the executives and members of the faculty to benefit from the advantages of the current trend of information technology in the global village.
According to a statement released by the faculty, Thriller News GH has proved to be different with its credible, reliable and independent news reportage, hence the decision to reach an agreement with the media giant.
“This partnership is premised on our commitment to ensuring we make information available to students and stakeholders promptly. It will further contribute to improving immensely our online presence which is an added advantage for soliciting for sponsorship”, part of the statement said.
The statement further encouraged members of the faculty to patronage the content of Thriller News GH as it serves the University community with credible, educative and unbiased news from around the globe.
Thriller News GH, Connect Fm, Maximum Fm, New Day TV others were honored last year for their contribution to media industry fraternity in Ghana at the maiden edition of the “Ghana Students Awards”.
The maiden edition of the awards held at the all-new Acccra Metropolitan Assembly, Snap Cinema, hosted Socrate Safo, Ghanaian director, filmmaker, and Director for Creative Arts at the National Commission on Culture in Ghana, Representatives of the various media houses in Ghana, celebrities and hundreds of students who joined organisers to honour deserving Students, organizations etc.
