Thriller News GH’s Founder and CEO, Mr. Alexander Tawiah popularly known as Thriller has been named the blogger of the year at the just ended Ghana Student Awards held on 19th November 2021 at National Theatre, Accra.
The ace blogger emerged as the winner from a competitive category that had many bloggers in the country all competing for the coveted prize.
The award scheme is aimed at celebrating true inspirational success, recognizing, projecting, and honouring hardworking Ghanaian students and brands whose relentless efforts have aided in the growth of the entrepreneurial industry and making great impact in the society.
The organizers of Ghana Student Awards, Star Ghana Limited on Saturday, 25th November 2021 successfully held the 2nd edition of the award ceremony at National Theatre, Accra.
This year’s edition saw amazing stage performances from various music stars in the country.
Alexander Tawiah is the owner of ACS Ghana, Thriller News GH Media and its associated brands. Thriller News GH as owned by him has become a household name in the various university campuses and becoming one of the fastest media house in Kumasi, Ghana.
Mr. Alexander is also a professional video editor, graphic designer, website designer, MCR operator, camera operator, photographer, digital markerter, and posses many IT related skills.
As part of his annual skills training, he has over the years trained a lot of students in Graphic Designing, Website Designing, Digital Marketing, Blogging, Video Editing and other IT related skills.
Last year, Mr. Alex won the best student entrepreneur of the year award at the maiden edition held at Accra Metropolitan Assembly. The Department of History at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has also awarded him as the best student entrepreneur for the 2020/2021 academic year.
He has since then excelled to become an inspiration to other young Ghanaians who are in the blogging and media firm.
Thriller News GH is currently the best media house on KNUST campus as announced by 2021 SOCIOSO-KNUST Excellence awards.
