
Management of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) has resolved to hold a virtual matriculation ceremony for students admitted in the 2020/2021 academic year.
The decision to hold a virtual matriculation ceremony is a result of the surge in Covid-19 cases recorded in the country.
This year’s matriculation ceremony has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 12, 2021.
The programme starts at 9: 00 am at the New Auditorium.
A representative group of the fresh students will be selected to attend the ceremony in-person while the rest will join the event online via a link. All Fresh Students are required to be available for the Ceremony at 8.00 a.m.
Please note that it is mandatory for every student enrolled in UPSA for the first time to go through the rites of Matriculation and sign the Matriculation Oath. Any undergraduate and diploma Fresh Student who fails to avail himself/herself for the matriculation process will have his/her studentship revoked.
Steps To Download And Submit Matriculation Oath
- Fresh Students are expected to affirm the matriculation oath online. To do this, students should follow the link on their USIS Student’s Portal
- Login in with Your USERNAME and PASSWORD was given to you by the university.
- Read the OATH carefully and ACCEPT.
- 4.Submit Your OATH.
- After submitting the matriculation oath, Click on the download icon to down the form.
- Students are required to print out a proof of affirmation of the Matriculation Oath slip and append their signature to it for submission to their various Deans after the Matriculation Ceremony.
